Barr/Davis Auctioneers, LLC was started in 1986 by Stephen J.
Barr and James S. Davis, Jr. We offer personalized auction
services for real estate, antiques, personal property and
business liquidations throughout eastern Pennsylvania.
We specialize in all types of real estate and offer clients
superior service at competitive rates. Our services are not a
sideline; Steve is a fulltime Realtor and Auctioneer and Jim is
a fulltime Auctioneer.
Our broad marketing programs take advantage of internet based
advertising as well as traditional newspaper and other print
advertising sources. Our email lists are extensive and notify
all of our clients of upcoming auctions on our schedule. More
exposure means more potential buyers and higher sale prices for
